We write to explain that on January 8th, an accident occurred to the container truck that carried the steel pipes. As we had decided to use the open-top container in order to avoid damages to the anti-corrosive coating on the steel pipes during the course of loading and unloading, so when the truck tipped, the pipes in the container rolled onto the roadside.

We immediately reported the accident to the clerk of work; and under his direction, we moved the pipes to a specified area where they are placed and kept separately from the other uninvolved steel pipes. Meanwhile, our engineer discovered that there were slight damages to seven pipes after a thorough checking. We had consulted the manufacturer of the pipes, and we were informed that they could provide coating materials to remedy the damage to the anti-corrosive coating on the pipes. They assured that the anti-corrosive effect would not be affected after the remedy.
