The inserts on the rear housing back mounting surface should not be M4; the insert thread should be 8-32 UNC-2B (i.e.please see my attached 4/10-11/2012 emails to Solemn for details).The tooling changes and the part drawing & model should have been updated by Solemn back in April 2012.It appears that all 100x rear housings have M4 inserts in the back mtg.surface; therefore none are correct ,no matter the appearance.The threaded inserts inside the rear housing for the PCB mounting should be M4 however.We may be able to use the balance (55 + 20 = 75) of the 100 pc.order for ‘Engineering Use Only’.HOWEVER,we need 100x correct replacement rear housings ASAP.Please re-run these parts BEFORE the mold tool is pulled down for changes/polishing/re-texturing.We need these corrected parts for the Medica Show and other urgent uses.
