have organised a dance show with another nine dancers for school Chinese new year show in 2007.Our goal was to provide a professional dance show that can brings the ordain an exciting and unforgettable moment.
As a team leader I encourage the discussion about the show,this is very important due to the fact everyone has very varied and interesting ideas,only one can be brought forward since it was to agree with the majority.
The choreography we did was really exciting and we worked really hard,however as time goes,people cant guarantee their attendance on the practising day due to the boringness of the practising..
I talked to them individually to explain the importance of all the practising and try to get their views in order to find the ways to improve the situation,As a solution,I book a formal stage that we can practise there for every 2 weeks also it is a open practise that we always have some ordains,since then everyone work harder specially when we are on the stage,as they hear the applause from other people even a few people,all of us feel confident and looking forward to the next week practice .
