WHEREAS,BUYER and SELLER entered into this Amendment Agreement dated 13th June,2008 (the “Agreement”)
WHEREAS,BUYER and SELLER wish to make this Amendment Agreement in order to amend the Agreement to meet the change of the business situation.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the above premises,the parties agree to amend as follows:-
All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties,intending to be legally bound hereby,have caused this AGREEMENT to be executed by their respective duly authorized representative as of the day and year first above written.
