There is no benefits of using revenge as a way of dealing with anger.
Revenging or trying to get even will only make the situation worse because "an eye for an eye" will just create more problems.It will lead to an endless revenging cycle as the possibility of getting even is slim to none,especially in a teenager's life.
Forgiving and Forgetting is the best way to deal with anger.
