I work at the front desk of a hotel and it's never happened before now but three times just this week I have had customers call me kiddo.And each time they were using it in a smart @ss way.What can I say to them when they do this to let them know I don't appreciate it and that's I'm not a kid.I'm 25 years old by the way.Please don't tell me to just over look it and not say anything,because I'm going to say something and if I don't get any polite ideas I'm going to say whatever comes to mind.

I immediately come back with a great big smile,"You are SO welcome,darlin'!".Anyway,it only happens once and their expressions are priceless,lol.
