对于男女不平等的问题,我想提出几点建议.首先,应通过社会宣传、舆论引导以弘扬男女平等的理念,从而使性别平等的意识得到全社会理解和认同.
其次,教育平等是女性主义倡导的理念之一,只有教育实现真正的平等,才能从一定程度上改变现有的就业性别歧视现象.换句话说,就是促进两性平等就业就必须构建男女平等的教育体系.通过教育,提高女性的就业技能和文化素质,提高女性的整体竞争力.
最后,女性要端正自己的观念和态度,在就业竞争压力日趋增大的今天应结合自身特点和优势充分发挥才华和能力.
