more important,marks or abilities,has resulted in hot debate.Some
students think marks are important.The reasons are as
follows.Firstly,the aim we go to university is to learn
knowledge.Marks can reflect how we learn.In another word,the more
marks we get,the more knowledge we get.Secondly,if we get high
marks,the teacher and classmates will think highly of us and we are
regarded as good students.Besides,only we get high marks,can we
accept scholarship.But some students
hold opposite idea.They think ability is more important.On the one
hand,only if a man has ability,can he employed by company.If a man
get marks but doesn't have enough ability,he is useless to our
society.On the other hand,there is a day that we will graduate from
university.If a man has enough ability,he can easily be adopted to
new circumstance.In all,if we don't want to be deserted by the
society,we must have enough ability.As far as I am
concerned,both marks and abilities are important.We get marks,it
reflects that we learn a lot of knowledge.We get enough ability,it
can assure that once we leave school,we can live well.So we must
balance marks and ability in our college's life.
