Is it convenient that we schedule the meeting at 10:00a.m on July 28th,2012?In regards to the fees we issued to your company on the written receipt,there is a section on trucking expenses where we have to submit the contract signed by both of our companies to the local tax bureau prior to issuing you that part of the receipt.Please attach the a copy of the contract and verify this issue.We will send you the rest of receipt today.
