In today's fast pace life the pressure to life is high.This especially in big city of Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou.
The pressure or stress can be from work,family,peersor personal emtional problem.If the pressure is not handle properly,a person may breakdown and go insane.Other side effect from pressure could be headache,sleeplessness ,loss appetite or frequent falling sick.
There are many ways to deal with stress.We can do sport,have a short trip,watch a movie,have a hobby,talk to someone to reduce the stress.I personally prefer to do some sport to reduce the stress on me.I would go for a three kilometres jog in a park.After the jog ,I would walk for another thirty minutes to warm-down.When I am not running,like in very hot or cold weather,I would spent my time on my hobby,that is stamp collecting.Stamp collecting allows me to have peace of mind when I am arranging the stamps intomy albums.I also study the graphics of the stamp prints.This get my mind away from my work pressure.
