contain 全部(事物)
The atlas contains forty maps.
这地图集共有四十幅地图.
include 部分(事物或者人)
The conference delegates included represents from abroad.
大会代表中有来自海外的代表.
Does the price include VAT?这价钱是否已经包括增值税在内?
include还有两种特殊用法:
1.We all went,me/myself included.大家都去了,我也在内
2.We all went,including me/myself.大家都去了,我也在内
contain
