21.vesel discharse terms :the vessel master is to advice the buyers sgent at the port of discharse of the vessels name date of arrival ,vessels capacity ,number of hatches number of cargo chambers quality loaded per cargo chamber and the particulars of the vessels readiness to effect cargo of operations through all hatches.
The vessel s master shall give twenty (20)says and seven (7)days provisional notice and 72.36 and 24 hours final notice of vessels the port of discharge such notices shall be effected during normal business hours and whether in berth or not .
Laytime shall commence from 1:00P.m if vessels notice of reading to discharge is five prior to noon and from 8:00a.m.netxt working day ,if notice is given after noon. if port is congested, lay time to commence 24 hours after notice of readiness is given buyer is responsible for the commodities discharge ,the maximum rate of discharse shall be twenty five thousand (25,000)metric tones per weather working day of 24 hours however ,if the destination por is not capable of unloading 25000 metric tons per day the unloading rate shall be the standard rate of discharse of the port of destination ad published by the world harbor guide digest and confirmes by an attestation from harber master of the destination port.

Should the vessel be discharge at a rate less than the average ,the buyer shall pay to the seller demurrage at the rate of u,s %15,000,00 per running day and a prorata shere for any portion of such running day should the vessel be pay to the buyer speed of dispatch at the rate of u,s $14,000,00 per running day.
it is agree that demurrage and /or speed of dispatch be settles by the buyer and the seller withing five (5)banking days from recept of the vessel s master invoice .
All taxes of levies imposes by the country of destinaton having any effect on the contract are for the buyers account and his sole responsibility .
