The statement described above,there is very rare possible of the situation that we have no choice.I am only agree with part aspect of it for some reason.In my view,though most of our practical problem in daily life rarely has not choice but there also have serval situation that we can not take any choice about them.I will discuss both aspect more detail in the follow.
From the practical aspect of this statement,I agree with its assert that the absence of choice is very rare.Because,it originated in ourselves.And thus,any problem can solved by ourselves as long as it originated in ourselves.For example,in the domain of research,it always experience lots of so called “no choice” but really have choice in fact before every great achievement.The personal computer CPU is a such thing.The capsulation technology upgrade from 90nm,60nm to 45nm currently and the core number of one unit increase from only one to today's four and even more further.Every technology upgrade seems to be the end,but in fact there still has new methods to enhance the performance of the CPU.China also has an proverb says “The cart will find its way round the hill when it get there.” just represent this aspect.
But for the circumstance that not originated in ourselves,the statement is not always the truth.Especially for the nature and universe,these issues almost not controlled by our human completely.Take our life as an example,We have no choice about when we are born or die and cannot choose them.Because it is not controlled by ourselves,it is controlled by the nature rule.Similarly,there are serval people have a high intellect quality naturally,however,there also have some low intellect people.This property of our human is also not determined by ourselves,we cannot choose whether we are intelligent or foolish.
Although we have no choice in the nature aspect.But if turn the same situation into the practical aspect,we usually have the choice.For the example of our intellect discuss above,though we have no choice about our natural intellect quantity,but everyone has the choice to work hard and study hard.Such people that through his or her effort to achieve great success are no rare in our real life.
In sum,whether we have no choice in a circumstance is determined by the context it belonged.In practical aspect,we almost have choice every time.But in natural aspect that out of our control,we may have no choice about the issue.
