我的意思是,可能是由于我们staff 的疏忽,他自以为已经把组件装配完成,但其实灯泡的电线可能并没有100%固定好在产品上,然后生产线组装运输的过程中,最后导致松掉了引起灯泡不亮.
如我邮件所说,此问题只是个例.
我们今后会加大生产线抽检的频率,防止此问题的再次发生.恳请你可以release 此批订单for us.

I am sorry that maybe what I informed in my email is not that clear.
What I mean is that, maybe it was owing to the negligence of our staff, they thought that they had finished the work of assembly, but actually the wires of the bulb were not perfectly fixed in the products, then during the time of the transportation of the production line assembly, there was loose wiring which resulted in the light out of the bulb.
As I informed in my email, this issue is special case only.
We will increase the frequency of production line spot check in the future, in order to prevent this issue from happening again. We appreciate if you can release us this order.
