前面的Early to bed and early to rise （早睡早起）这一种生活习惯,而不是两件事情.
后面truth and honesty 也是笼统地指诚实,指的是一种品质,而非两种.
至于什么时候当整体,什么时候分开,并没有规律可循,只能靠英语阅读和使用经验的积累,以及个人对语言的领会能力了.主要还是多英语接触多了以后经验的积累吧.
