关于倒签提单的问题
Dee co.signed a large export contract stipulating,"shipment will be made during August of 2008".But due to the problems with the vessel,the shipment was not made until September 13.Upon Dee's request,the carrier ante-dated the B/L to August 31.
1)Wht could be the consequence of ante-dating?
2）What would be the right thing to do in case of a possible shipment delay?

do the payment via L/C?
If the payment term is L/C,that's depend on the Dee:
1) If ante-date the B/L,you'd better info and explain the Dee beforehand in case they complain.
2) If date Sep.13 on the B/L,it is the discrepancy.You'd better require the Dee to accept the discrepancy.
If the Dee is your good value customer,they will understand your.
