It is hard to imagine that people from different places can get together face to face and have meeting in a virtual conference room. A letter usually takes several weeks to reach the target people.
A: Yes, absolutely, what about now?
B: Now, people can talk to each other face to face from half around the world. In a multi-national company, people from different countries can have a discussion using our modern technology. They not only see the shared documents but also see their counterparts face expression instantly. In the modern world, people can communicate in any time around the clock or any given location.
