1.personally i prefer to waer school uniform .First of all ,for students ,the reason why they went to school is to study ,namely they have to wear uniform in order to pay more attention on their works ,they do not need to worried about what they should dress up tomorrow and their will be no meaningless competition about their clothes toward them.
2.surely cell phone should be forbidden at certain place.For example ,in the library where all the people are working themselves ,all the one here need a quite and peaceful atmosphere ,however ,if cell phone can be use here ,this kind of atmosphere can hardly be remained and will bother others a lot.Also ,when in the airplane ,if cell phone are not been forbid ,it will badly hurd the signals and may cause horrified accident.
