Each Party shall have the right to terminate this Contract by giving at least 30 (thirty) days’ prior written notice of termination in the event that any proceeding shall have been commenced against or by the other Party seeking that such Party be wound up or liquidated,adjudged bankrupt or insolvent or seeking reorganization,arrangement,adjustment or composition of or in respect of such Party under any applicable law.
