某银行特此向某公司发布一份不可撤消的履约保证书,供应商的履约保险金额数目是XXX,购买定单号码为_______,日期是_______,总计金额为_______.且保证支付给买方,对于我们的还盘,上述任何数目取决于买方的第一书面要求或者由买方银行发出的验证电传,详细说明买方要求赔偿的原因,不过任何一方都可以提出反对意见.
