原因：原句是 他们必须…… 所以反面应该是 他们不必…… 就等于 他们不需要……
所以用 do not need to do或者 need not do
但是不能是must not 这个表示必须不做什么事 也不能是can not这个表示 他们不能这么做

看错了,have看漏了! must not have done 是它的否定式 表示一定没有做
