这里为什么要用过去进行时啊?
另外Professor James will give us alecture on the westrn culture ,but when and where hasn't been decided
这里明明是when and where 但为什么动词用了单数

第一个是过去进行时的用法...表示最近发生的事,因为前者问的时候,后者当时和之前就一直在考虑
第二个是主谓一致的问题...当and连接的多个成分,若表示一种事物或者一种概念时,用单数动词...这里的when和 where都是指lecture召开所以应该用单数!
