很多电视剧演过一个人患病死了,却会把身体有用的器官捐献出来帮助其他人.那么你的生命就在那些被帮助的人身上得到了延续.这是一种牺牲自己帮助别人的好办法.
所以我认为是否要牺牲自己帮助别人需要理性的思考和选择.要把伤害降低到最低,好处升高到最高!

i believe that to save someone with your own life is a very honourable act.
if young people life us died,our family and friends will be very sad.if we can rescue someone when the situation won't do us any harm,then we'll share a beautiful memory with the one that we have saved.
we have seen many people in tv series who donate their organs after their death to save other people.that way,your life get lasted in aother person's body.this is a very good way to help others with our own lives.my conclusion is that one needs to think twice before he leaps to the thought of rescuing others at the expense of his own life.one principle that we should stick to is maximise the good and minimise the bad.
