(a)the purchase order pertains,as applicable,to the provision of goods and /or services by supplier designated in this order to the company designated in this order
(b)acceptance of the offer set forth in the order is conditioned upon full and complete acceptance by the supplier of all of the terms contained herein,and is expressly limited hereby.notwithstanding any acceptance or acknowledgement by supplier containing ny terms that state additions,changes,deviations,or modifications to this order,all such terms shall automatically be deemed void,objected to and rejected by company ,and the delivery of any goods or performance of any services by supplier constitutes full and complete acceptance by supplier of the terms of this order.
