I have a healthy body, they always like to ask me how to maintain a healthy body ?
There are many ways to maintain a healthy body, for example, be aware of your diet, more exercise, and some details of your daily life.
For exercise, I like only badminton and jogging, that's all.
However, diet is very important to me. I eat three meals a day right at their proper moments.
An egg, a loaf of bread, and a bottle of milk for my breakfast.
