Abstract :At present,China's social pension situation is becoming increasingly grim,the old-age insurance system faces many problems,and pension funds,there is a greater gap a heavy burden on enterprises,and relevant legal deficiency has affected social security and stability.This paper analyzes China's old-age insurance reform of the current situation,face difficulties,and thus made a number of relevant policy recommendations.
