The Western Fast Food is becoming a most popular kind of food in these days.When you walk along the street,you will find there are many Western Fast Food
shops.Because Western Fast Food is delicious and fast.It is prepared for
the people who have no time to cook meals,like the workers,businessman
and students.
But the Western Fast Food is not good for your health,because it has a lot of fat ,and it is not clean.People who always eat it will have a disease of cancer.
In my opinion it is able to eat,but do not eat too much.I think the House Cooking is a good way to help improve our health standrd.And the House Cooking will be clean,too.So I suggeste you to do more meals than eatting Western Fast Food.
