No,I don't agree with this opinion.Firstly,health is related to many factors,such as sports,food,life habits and so on.Secondly,if you are only concentrated on sports,you may still get illed.Thirdly,when people get old,lots of things will change in your body,which you can not feel better by taking exercises.Last but not the least,if you want to keep fit,do exercises,sleep well,eat healthily and don't smoke.
