you have claimed 30 points for a valid CAS but your CAS was assigned after 11 august for a non-english language course which is below NQF level6.your sponsor is therefore required to ensure that you have psaaed an english language test from the list of approved tests fot TIER4 and to detail this test,including a breakdown of the scores achieved in each element of the test on your CAS.your sponsor has not done so.
i am therefore not satisfied that you have a valid CAS and you have not been awarded any points for the CAS.you therefore do not meet the requirements to be granted entry clearance under Tier4 student and i refuse your application under paragraph 245zv of the rules
