Hello everyone

I am happy to be making a speech here. I’d like to share my favorite sport with you. Since my childhood I have been fond of playing basketball which benefits me a lot physically and mentally.

To start with it allows me to escape from my lessons and enjoy myself while playing with my friends. I feel energetic and excited each time I play basketball. Secondly playing basketball helps to improve my health because running and jumping is a good way to build up my body. Besides playing basketball provides a good chance for me to communicate with my friends. While playing together we talk about interesting things happening at school which improves our friendship.

I think everyone should take an active part in playing sports. I suggest all of us make it a rule to take physical exercise on a regular basis and have fun from it. Let’s start from now!
