I was so unhappy to know that you got into trouble and just felt much too nervous.Well,just take it easy,for I will help you as much as I can.From my point of view,you shouldn't think too much about affairs that happen at daytime,which make you feel too anxious to sleep.And you could listen to some music or do some exercise before you go to sleep,both of them are good for your relaxation according to the doctors.My friend,don't be so worried then,faced your problem with bravery and I will always stand by your side.
