是先看英语字幕还是先看中文字幕?

In the first round, I suggest you not to use caption at all so you can test your listening skill to see how many percentage that you understand.
In the second round, use English version, pause your dvd when new words come up so you can look up in the dictionary.
In the last round, watch the movie without caption again to test if you remember all the new words and expressions.
I don't suggested you to use Chinese caption at all. Even the master copy does not provide a perfect translation, not to mention the pirated one.
