1.我司尽全力再回购78D贵司所需的这10K 芯片,并及时将实施情况通告贵司.
2.为支持我司再回购行动,贵司同意此10K 计划全部或部份的实施之payment可特例由原定的P.D.C.20天改为即期支票(或Cash).
3.为支持我公司再回购行动,若有必要,经双方友好再商定后,贵司原则同意此10K 计划全部或部份的实施之price可以给予适应调升,以避免我司为尽全力解决此案所带来的过高亏损.
