根据贵公司与B公司于2006年10月31日签订的《意向书》第三条约定：A公司应在签署本意向书时支付押金人民币 元.非常遗憾的是到目前为止,贵方尚未提供《押金协议》正式的中文合同文本并由双方进行签署,而B公司为了该合作的顺利进行已开展了大量的工作.
为了合作双方的共同利益,保证合作事项的顺利进行,希望贵公司能够在2006年11月17日之前签署《押金协议》并实际履行押金支付的义务.若在之前该《押金协议》没有得到实际的履行,B公司不得不对贵公司的合作诚意表示怀疑,并对是否继续合作进行谨慎的重新考虑.
