To my opinion,a waiter is whom to service others.As a waiter,they can't do the bad things to the guest.Maybe sometimes it is really hard to just do the even oppersite thing to what one's really want to do.
So I think to be a waiter,we have to do our best to make others happy,and control ourself not to show the angry out when feel upset about things or even is really others botherd us; but to a guest we have to know the waiters,and try to understand their standing place,and not try to do anything bad to them also be considerate of them.
