1.In case of the Employer need to prematurely terminate this contract,in addition to assume all relevant expenses incurred to the Employee according to the terms of employment,an additional one month salary shall be paid to the Employee by the Employer as compensation and the Employer shall within one month of the termination of this contract arrange all matters necessary for the Employee and his family to return their homeland.
2.If the Employee resigns,the Employer may cease to pay the wages upon approval of his resignation and the Employee may no longer enjoy any and all treatments granted by the terms of employment and all expenses necessitated by him and his family to return their homeland shall be borne on his own.
3.This contract shall be effective upon the date the employee assume his office and lapse automatically following the expiration of the employment term.If any party wishes to extend the employment term,it shall notify the other party prior to the expiration of the employment term and both parties may agree to conclude another contract to extend the employment term after consultation.
