No,I do not think government should spend money on encouraging citizens to lead a healthy lifestyle.First,the money government spent comes from tax payers from whom just a portion of them live a unhealthy life style.Government should use the tax to improve most of the tax payers's life.Secondly,just like the smokers know smoking is bad for health but they still can not quit it,living a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle is the free choice of a man.
