5年的外企生产线工作让我对Lean,5s,改善等方面有了深刻的认识.
自从11年当上班组长后更让我学会了如何去沟通,管理和组织起一个整体,在安排好日常生产计划的同时,对现场的质量,工艺进行确认,对突发状况及时进行处理,对上面安排的任务坚决执行到位,与员工之间充分沟通,做好5S,精益,改善方面的工作.
希望到了新公司能学习到更多,让我取长补短,把原有的知识跟新学到的融合在一起,变成更加有效,直接的方法来回馈给公司
