1.Who is which depending on whether the customer's account is in credit or is overdrawn.

第一句,我觉的which是替代前文的某个名词的,而depending on后面所有的东西是who is which 的条件,中文我觉得可以翻译成“一位顾客要归于上述的哪类,取决于他的账户是否透支了”.所以我觉得主干应该就是who is which吧,我把英文翻译出来了...由于我提取主干学的不是很好,lz可以自己看看,中英文的差别不是很大的.
第二句：when一直到they 之前是时间定语形容时间,with之后是伴随状语,形容这一群lunatics的表现,所以主干就是they found what appeared to be a community of lunatics,再简练一点就是：they found lunatics.
