him,he cheated in the test.
应该是：I went over and told him that he was cheating in the test.
2.If he didn't know the problem,you can asked the other student
应该是：If he didn't know the answer,he could asked the other students.(这里时态和人称都严重不对齐.problem要改成answer.)

我觉得你这整句话都很...你还是这样好了:I went over and told him “you are cheating in the test.If you don't know the answer,you could ask the others,but you can't cheat!It is unfair to the others,We are best friends,I don't want it to hurt our freindship.(unfair to,不是unfair for.)

the teacher 如果是多个监考老师就the teachers.
或者说 so I didn't tell on him.tell on 就是“告发”的意思

这句错得很利害哦.Know是个动词,你不能说You are really know,应该说You really know.再说这里也不应该用know,要用understand.
