Talking about the Human Resourse, Peter Drucker-the master in the science of managment has to be mentioned. It is generally said that he systematically explained the concept of HR at the very beginning.In his classic book(The Practice of Managment) published in 1954, while talking about the managment function-how to manage employees and their work, he explained the idea of HR, which possesses some qualities which can not be found in other resoures, such as coordination ability, integration ability,judgement ability and imagination ability. He believes the so-called the company managment is basically HR managment .
