in是指某一段时间,如：in spring,in the morning,in 2000,in a week
at用得很活,如：at (the age of) forty在 40 岁的时候,at the beginning of the month在月初,at Christmas在圣诞节,at one o'clock,at night总之指某一时刻一定要用at
other是“其他的”如other peaple,other places
others是其他(人,动物,物品),后面不再跟名词如:the others
another是指其他很多里面的一个
the other是指两个中的另一个如：There are two cups do you like this one or the other one?
when后面跟一点时间,如：when I reached,when the bell rang
while后面跟一段时间,如：while I was watching TV
