Our product is only 2 hours,but:
1.You confirmed the sample was really too late,you told us that you will confirm the sample before 09/10,but the final confirm sample date is 09/18!
2.We need to order the raw material from factory,they also need time to purduction it!
3.Becuase we confirm the sample is too late,the factory have a lot of other client orders before us,they told us that the delivery date is at the end of Oct,but we told them this client is really very big and the time is very urgent,so they helped us,this is already the fastest date!
