Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teachers' perofomance should be evaluated gy students rather than by other teachers.
Some people argue as is it is a generaltruth that whether teachers perform well or not is based on the comment ofother teachers. Nevertheless, frankly speaking, I don't agree and considerstudents are better judgers. See, there are numerous reasons why I have noconfidence on it, and here are a few of the most important ones.

To begin with, it is the students whoteachers teach. We students can meet teachers every weekday, even on weekend,which means most of our time would spend on teachers, discussing problems,doing research or just chatting. As it known to us, a good teacher would beresponsible and dedicate to the jobs, teaching us with their heart. Suchteacher can make nice impression on students, who are really thankful. So,students speak louder than other teachers in evaluation.

What's more, another factor why I disagreewith the statement above is that I believe that students know their indeedneeds. Although the communication between teachers can contribute to thedevelopment of teaching, still I think that is just some theories. However, thesuggestion from students can be directly improve teacher's skills, which we arewilling to do. For instance, once my classmates wrote a letter to math teacher,telling the speaking speed was out of our reach. Hence, our math teacher Liangstated to slow down in later day, which released our much pressure. So, thisability to adjust is also should be taken in to consideration.

At last but not the least, teachers wouldwork harder. This is also an indispensable factor that if students were lessthing to do with teachers' performance, believe it or not, most teachers wouldtreat their teaching more casually, in which circumstance they can still obtainthe same salary. From my personal experience, I took a TOEFL class last year,but I found the teachers there were so irresponsible that being later for classor gossiping during the class were often the cases.

From the above, we can easily come to theconclusion that students play an significant role in estimating teachers'performance. Take all the reasons I mentioned, obviously, it is sagacious tolet students do the evaluations

这个论题和雅思作文好像啊.我不是托福考生,但考过雅思,虽然写作思路会有差异,但万变不离其宗吧.（lz作为完善的参考）
从框架上来讲,看着挺清晰的,但有明显的模板痕迹,不知道托福是不是排斥模板.
第一段 whether...or not...（如果lz有能力,尽量不要用这种句子转述题目）
接下来的 to begin with, what's more, at last but not least, from the above...都是明显的模板词语.如果lz能力允许,可以自然的衔接下,用内容自然过渡,不必把连接词写的这么露骨.

另外,第一段可以直接frankly speaking,... / see 过于口语化了
