I remember that my first job was a part-time staff in a catering company when I was sixteen years old.First of all,I was afraid for anything,so in my first day of work,I couldn’t get alone with each other waiter.After a week,I had getting better of the interpersonal skill,and I also tried to talk with my boss and customers.However,it’s a job,sometimes I would felt bored and detest,so I found the other interest part of the job.It is observe the customer’s behavior and I realized that hand could show a lot of secret to me.For example; did she married?Some crude hand means he need to work heavy.Some guys use the hand to hold their head mean he had some trouble or he is confused by something.
Obviously,I am a curious boy,so I’d love to have conversation with them.First,I would walk in frond of the customer and ask do you need one more drink… most of them would say yes.Secondly,I would give them a beer or red wine,and then,I would say that what a boring day… do you have anything would like to share with me?Or I said that you just look bored,do you want to talk?Maybe I was just sixteen and I looked so naive.Most of them would tell me the truth straightly,maybe they never expect I would give some suggestion to solve their problem,but be a spectator is very easy to understand his emotions.Admittedly,I had surprised them and had given some possible way to help them.Unfortunately,I would never know the answer,because I just forgot their name and face.
