我认为第一题选D太草率了点.既然回答者说的是only milk,问者很有可能问的是"你要咖啡加牛奶么?"(coffee and milk)而不是"你要咖啡还是牛奶?"(coffee or milk) 不过我从来没听说过牛奶加咖啡的,所以感觉回答only milk...
