Recently, we have just become students of Senior Grade Three. All of us will face the fierce competition in the Entrance Examination for College next year. Most of us students know the importance of revisions and preparations. We work hard at our lessons. Meanwhile, some are suffering from greater tension than ever. We find it difficult to get along well with our classmates, teachers or even parents. It is easy for us to lose our temper and quarrels often break out over something unimportant.
Personally, we should try to change the situation as well as ourselves. Anyway, competitions do exist in our society. We should learn to adjust to them rather than escape. Calming down to our lessons usually can win us a more peaceful mind. Help our classmates if possible, and talk with teachers and parents with respect so that they will give us good advice in time. Taking more exercises outdoors after a busy day can also help us relax. （125 words）
