You need to learn English and be reasonably fluent in conversation.
Otherwise,there is nothing much you can do in Las Vegas,except gambling.
If you can converse in English,then,you can easily find a job working as card dealer in the casino.However,do not forget,this type of good jobs are in high demand and hard to get.
Also,in Las Vegas,you will need drivers license and know how to drive.
