摘要：在经济快速发展的今天,情商在领导力中的作用越来越被人们所注重.情商(EQ),是情绪智力商的简称,是由心理学丹尼尔•戈尔曼在《情绪商数》一书中所阐述的一个概念.近年来,情商在领导力中的作用也越来越被人们所认同,一个具有较高的情商的领导人,能够更好的带领集体、企业、团队,能够为企业带来更加广阔的发展空间.反之,一个具有较低的情商的领导人,就会表现出比较低的领导力.本文就是以情商在领导力中的作用作为研究对象,首先本文分别对情商和领导力的一些理论做了阐述,并在此基础上对两者之间的关系进行了探讨,并对情商在领导力中的误区进行了研究,从而提出了比较具有可行性的提高领导者情商的意见.

Today fast-developing in economy, the role in leading capacity of the EQ is being paid attention to by people. EQ , mood intelligence abbreviation of trader, by psychological Daniel in " mood quotient " a concept explained among the book Gorman. In recent years, the role in leading capacity of the EQ is being approved by people too, it is neither with higher EQ in each for leader nor can getting finer lead by collective, enterprise, group, it can be that enterprises bring broader development space. On the contrary, a leader with lower EQ, will demonstrate lower leading capacity. This text regards role in leading capacity of the EQ as the research object, this text has explained some theories of the EQ and leading capacity separately at first, and has carried on the discussion to the relation between the two on this basis, and has carried on research to the mistaken idea of the EQ in the leading capacity, thus put forward the suggestion of the improvement leader's EQ with more feasibility.
