1.1搭设方案和程序
落地脚手架搭设顺序如下(工程只能见到7层以下的脚手架搭设和实用)
⑴将地基夯实,按立杆间距放置预制砼垫块.
⑵搭设程序:摆放扫地杆→逐根立立杆与扫地杆扣紧→扫地杆小横杆与立杆及扫地杆扣紧→装第一步大横杆并与立杆扣紧→安装第一步小横杆→安装第二步大横杆→安装第三小横杆→加设临时斜撑杆(上端与第一大横杆扣紧,装设连墙杆后拆)→安装第三、四步大横杆和小横杆→连接墙杆→接立杆→加设剪刀撑→铺脚手片→扎防护栏板挡脚板,并挂设安全网防护.
⑶沿脚手架纵向两端和转角起,在脚手架外侧每隔9 M用斜面杆成剪刀撑,自上而下循序连续设置,斜面杆与地面成45-60度夹角,剪刀撑钢管接长应用搭接方法,搭接长度不小于40CM.
⑷脚手架外侧自第二步起,每步设1.2M高的防护栏杆和30CM高的挡脚板.
⑸搭设时应随搭随校正杆件的垂直和水平偏差,同时适度拧紧扣件,连接大横杆的对接扣件,开口应朝架子内侧,螺栓朝上,防止雨水进入.
⑹各杆件相交伸出的端头均要大于100MM,防止杆件滑脱.
⑺剪刀撑搭设要将一根斜扣在立杆上,另一端扣在小横杆伸出部分上,斜杆两端扣件与立杆的距离不大于200MM.

1.1 erection scheme and procedure
Landing scaffold erection sequence is as follows ( project only to see the 7 layer below the scaffolding and utility )
(1)The ground tamping,pole spacing according to the placement of prefabricated concrete cushion block.
(2)The erection procedures :placed a sweeping rod,by a vertical pole and a sweeping rod fastening,a sweeping rod small lateral pole and pole and a sweeping rod fastening to install first step large bar and rod fastening install first step,second step rail mounted a large bar install the third rail with the temporary braces ( the upper and the first major rail fastening,installing wall connecting rod after the demolition ),installed in third,four large bar and small bar,rod,connecting rod connecting wall with a scissors to spread sheet,rolling scaffold guardrail plate block feet,and set up safety net protection.
(3)The longitudinal ends along the scaffold and scaffolding outside corner,in every 9 M with inclined rod into scissors,top-down sequential setting,slant rod and ground into 45-60 degree angle,scissors pipe joint application of lap,lap length of not less than 40CM.
(4)The scaffolding outside since second steps,each step of 1.2M high protective railing and 30CM high block feet.
(5)The erection with a rod with correction of the vertical and horizontal deviation,while moderate tightening fastening,connecting rod fastener openings shall be toward the shelf,medial,bolt face,preventing entry of rain water.
(6)As the rod intersect protruding end is greater than 100MM,preventing rod slip.
(7)Scissors,erected to a slant buckle on the vertical rod,the other end button on a small rail extension,oblique rod fastener and the upright rod distance not greater than 200MM.
